Netflix Parental Control Pin Not Working. To give you the power to make that happen Netflix parental controls allow you to manually block specific movies or series from your childs profile. To access the parental controls you have to go to Netflixs website.
The Profile Lock PIN isnt required to access a locked profile but is required to watch TV shows or movies in that profile. Open the Profile Parental Control settings for the profile you want to manage. Select the link for Parental controls in the Settings section.
Now click the arrow next to the profile you need to set up a lock on.
Tap on the account details section in the upper right corner of the screen. Change the Viewing Restrictions setting. From a web browser go to your Account page. Access your Account page from a web browser.
